Natalie trained at Freeman Johnson and has remained with the firm since qualifying in 2003. Natalie became a partner of the firm in 2009.
Natalie assists clients with difficult issues such as divorce, financial issues, children issues domestic violence, child protection and care proceedings. She regularly undertakes her own advocacy at court, including contested hearings.
Natalie takes a sensitive approach to issues, as she understands the delicate nature of family orientated and often upsetting issues. Natalie is a member of Resolution (a UK based organisation focusing on family law and non-confrontational solutions), as are all of our specialist family lawyers. Natalie is also a member of the Law Society Children Panel, which demonstrates that her expertise has been independently reviewed to represent both children and adults.
All of our family solicitors strive to offer you realistic advice and will are happy to represent parents, grandparents or other family members/ friends who are wanting to care for children and believe that the child is best placed with them.
Based in our Northallerton office, Natalie will also travel to the Darlington office for cases relating to child protection and care proceedings if this is more convenient for the client. Along with being a longstanding member of resolution, Natalie is also an accredited specialist in children, finances and domestic violence cases.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys photography, horse riding, mountain biking and running to keep fit and happy.
