Emma is a dynamic Solicitor and takes a pragmatic approach to all matters offering realistic and achievable solutions to her clients whilst striving to achieve the best possible outcome. Emma prides herself on building excellent client relationships and offering support to her clients in what can be extremely emotional and challenging times in their lives.
Emma has worked in Family Law for over 14 years working in both private practice and local authority. Emma has experience in all areas of Family Law including divorce, financial matters, disputes involving children, pre-nuptial agreements, living together agreements, separation agreements, injunctions, child protection and care proceedings.
Emma qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 having studied her Law Degree at the University of Teesside and Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. Whilst at university, Emma knew she wanted to practise in Family Law and chose to specialise in that area as early as possible.
Emma is a Committee Member of the Tees Valley Resolution and a member of Resolution nationally.
